Unbroken Designs is completely committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide us during checkout is used to process orders and to assist us in delivering administration type emails. Unbroken Designs utilizes every available technology to ensure that your confidential information remains secure.

Unbroken Designs holds your email address in strictest confidence. We do not sell, give away, or otherwise distribute your address to any third party. Users cannot opt out of administrative type emails such as order confirmation messages. When you place an order, we'll ask you for your name, email address, mailing address, billing address, and credit card number with expiration date. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

In the event an Unbroken Designs product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Unbroken Designs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Unbroken Designs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Unbroken Designs shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the Site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be modified or terminated by Unbroken Designs without notice at any time for any reason.
