RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

To setup the return process for your order, please visit the unique link in your shipping email confirmation. This will give you an order return number, plus instructions on how to return the item for a refund or exchange. We will only do returns or exchanges within 30 days. We will only be able to process returns and exchanges on unused items with tags.

Sale items are final sale.

If you have a unique circumstance, such as a potential defect, please email us at [email protected].

Shipping will not be refunded. Refund will be given after receipt of item in original condition (unworn).

We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive to the warehouse. The address will be provided to you once you process the return. We recommend using a service that provides a tracking number.

 

DUE TO SANITARY REASONS, WEIGHT VESTS CANNOT BE RETURNED. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

WARRANTY POLICY

Unbroken Designs warrants each product sold by Unbroken Designs to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months.

EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

• Products purchased other than from Unbroken Designs or from an authorized Unbroken Designs dealer.
• Product damage resulting from abuse or misuse.
• Product damage resulting from extended wear and tear.
• Product damage resulting from tampering or a customer modification.
• Product damage resulting from exposure to a chemical substance (including the use of bleach).

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Unbroken Designs relating to Weightlifting Belts, Weight Vests, Knee Sleeves, and Wrist Wraps and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbroken Designs disclaims all other express or implied warranties.
