Shipping is calculated automatically and added to your order at checkout. You will receive your tracking number within 2 business days. Sometimes tracking numbers do not register immediately on the USPS.com website. If this happens to you, wait a few hours and try again. Most shipments arrive within 2-3 days if they are shipped within the USA.

Shipping Outside the USA
We currently have three different warehouses: USA, Canadian, and Europe. Your order will ship from the closest warehouse to keep shipping as efficient as possible. It is possible that your order will be shipped from another warehouse if the item is not located at the warehouse closest to your location. If this happens, please expect a delayed arrival in your package.
You may chose to visit one of our international websites to get a better price on shipping, or to make a payment in your native currency. Please find our international sites in the top right corner of our home page.
Orders that ship across international borders are subject to customs fees. We are unable to adjust customs values on any merchandise that is purchased internationally.

Lost or Stolen Shipments
Unbroken Designs does not assume liability for items that were lost or stolen. This includes, but is not limited to, the following circumstances:
1) Packages that are showing as delivered but the package is unable to be located
2) Packages that do not progress through the tracking system once shipped
3) Packages that do not arrive to the final destination but are showing as shipped
Please contact your local authorities to report packages that may have been stolen. Please contact and file a claim with the postal service if your package has any issues with the delivery after being shipped.
